Refund policy

All wallpapers sold by NovaWallpaper are made to order and custom printed specifically for each customer.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made products, including orders where the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or no longer wants the product after production has started.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
