There is a 1-3 business days non-shipping lead time because everything is printed to order.
Orders are shipped with FedEx, DPD and DHL and will be delivered within 4-7 business days (depending on location).
We ship worldwide. USA, Canada, Australia, Europe. As our products are shipped with a tracking number, please keep in mind you will need to sign for the parcel upon delivery. Also, please keep in mind that countries such as United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and Australia are subject to import taxes upon delivery of the goods.
We will send the wall mural to the address specified by you upon completing the order.
We are very proud to say that all of our materials are sourced and produced in Poland, European Union.
Once we have delivered your order to the shipping courier you will receive an email with tracking information.
You don't need to add extra. Enter your exactly determined measurements, as we automatically leave a small margin (3 cm) on each side to allow for any deviations.
All our murals are printed on the same material and fit perfectly on both walls and ceilings. Please note that the surface must be smooth, clean and dry for wallpapering.
We recommend this type of wallpaper for most general purpose applications.
Our wallpaper materials are often used in washrooms with a toilet and sink as they have low humidity.
We advise to use it for decorative purposes only and avoid areas where it would be in direct contact with water like a shower, bathtub or a backsplash area as the high moisture in the air might damage our wallpapers. Not suitable for damp/wet rooms or rooms exposed to steam.
Our murals are designed for easy installation. You are responsible for installing your mural. We will print and send the mural to you, complete with instructions on how to install your wall mural. Check out our installation guides for more information.
We strongly recommend that you do not book a decorator until your mural has arrived and you're happy with it. We use highly reputable couriers to deliver our orders, however on the rare occasion, orders may not arrive on the expected date through circumstances beyond our control. It is also important to know that the actual time of delivery on the day can vary.
Once your wallpaper arrives, please check your wallpaper prior to installation to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered and is in top condition. That way we can fix any unlikely issues before the paper is installed and you have had to call out your decorator.
It shouldn't take more than a couple of hours for a standard wall. Take your time preparing the wall beforehand for best results. This should be done in advance to hanging your wallpaper.
The wallpaper comes in precisely pre-cut panels/strips up to 100 cm wide. Simply paste the wall evenly, then attach the strips of wallpaper. All without overlap and with minimal waste. Don't feel like wallpaper paste? Then use our new self-adhesive wallpaper!

We recommend using Solvite ‘Paste the Wall’ adhesive or any other available paste to the wall wallpaper adhesive. You can find this at your local DIY store or order it online.
Other wallpaper adhesive brands are available and your local DIY store will be able to help further.
Our self-adhesive paper option does not require any paste.
The minimum order of murals wallpapers is 3m².
We need 1-3 days to process the order. We use only expedited shipping services and the delivery time is:
Europe: 3 - 6 days
USA & Canada: 4 - 7 days
Australia: 4 - 10 days
Rest of the world: 4 -10 days

Shipping large items there is always a possibility of damage but thankfully due to considerable protective packaging this is a very rare occurrence for us.
If items are damaged during shipping please contact us immediately via email within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photo’s of the damage along with packaging. We will then supply a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not refund damaged items, a replacement will be offered. A return postage label will be provided to return the damaged item back to us.
